Body Blitz is a new and innovative Personal Training and Weight Management Studio that has just opened its doors in Blackwater Village, Co. Wexford. The studio itself is very centrally located within the Blackwater Lodge Hotel.

It is important to note here, that this is not just another gym, Body Blitz offers an individually customised personal training environment, which operates on an appointment-only based system.

The studio provides a precise and intense system of whole body resistance training, suitable and effective for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

The supervised exercise programmes and monitored nutritional plans guarantee visible results in just 14 days, and all in less than 30 minutes training a day
